The Center for Global Engagement at TCNJ brings together students and faculty interested in international education – study abroad, internships, short-term, faculty-led programs overseas, and service and volunteering abroad – with visiting scholars and international students from all over the world. The Center’s staff works closely with TCNJ undergraduate students and faculty to internationalize all aspects of campus life.
The Center works closely with its colleagues in Residential Education to oversee the International House, a living and learning community dedicated to intercultural understanding and the celebration of cultural diversity on the TCNJ campus. Each year degree-seeking TCNJ students share two townhouses with exchange students from all over the world, with the students working together regularly on projects in the “I-House” and for the wider campus community.
The Center is open during the school year, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. (The Center is closed on Fridays during the summer.) For more information about the Center’s work, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
